Client Success Manager
Jess is a former Division 1 athlete with over 15 years of management experience. She joined our TRVFIT family in 2022 where she quickly transitioned into a Coaching role and most recently to our Client Success Manager. With her infectious energy, she inspires and motivates individuals to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally. What sets Jess apart is her ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in each class. She understands that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and she celebrates each individual’s progress, no matter how big or small. Her clients appreciate her warm and supportive nature, which creates a sense of community and fosters lasting connections. Outside of the gym, Jess is a busy mom of two active boys.
Beth is a busy mom of four who has been TRV|FITer since 2016. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, USAW Weightlifting Level 1 coach, and a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Master Coach. In her spare time, Beth likes to read and spend time in nature hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and camping.
Ashley has been part of the Highland community since it first opened and has been coaching at both Highland and Hartland locations for over 2 years. Some of her favorite things within the gym are teaching members about balanced nutrition habits and coaching Peach City small groups. She is currently working towards becoming an NASM certified personal trainer. Ashley has three children Ethan, Theodore and Elsie who keep her time spare time busy in the Ice Rink watching them play hockey.
Michael is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Goal Success Coach, & Master Mindset Coach with a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. Michael recently joined the TRV|FIT Highland family after relocating back to Michigan from Las Vegas where he lived for 18 years. He coaches group classes as well as offers supplemental 1-on-1 private personal training & nutrition coaching. In his free time you can find Michael spending time with family, hiking, or studying.

My why Fighting genetics – family history of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol I keep moving and lifting to stay strong, fight arthritis, stay mobile and I love it! Another part of my why / to lead by example for my grand kids and to be healthy for them! My husband and I have been married 36 years We have 3 kids – my boys are 33 and 35 – both civil engineers – one in Colorado and the other in Alabama My daughter is 31, a wife mother and SHE Engineer here in Howell I am Mimi to 5 beautiful grands My fitness goals – to never quit
Kristen is RYT-200 certified yoga instructor and boxing coach. She has been with Trv|Fit for over six years. She is a wife and mother of two, with a passion for all things health and wellness. She loves spending time on the water with friends and family, SUP boarding, hiking and long sunny afternoons riding their motorcycle with her husband. “With each new day I seek to find gratitude in this crazy busy life. Gratitude for the opportunities it brings, the paths that I cross and friends that are made. Being a member of this community has allowed me to share the things that I am most passionate about with some amazing humans and for that I am very grateful.
Charles has been passionate about fitness and nutrition since he was a freshmen in highschool. A Central Michigan University alumni with over 16+ years of personal experience and 4+ years of experience working as a certified Personal Trainer (ACE) in a variety of fitness settings – Charles brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the table. Charles prides himself on providing top notch coaching while also educating his clients with the science behind the movement. Charles coaches TrvFit classes, offers 1:1 Personal Training and Semi-Private programs. Charles is a former 3-sport highschool athlete and currently competes in Powerlifting and Triathlons. Charles is working towards his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the NSCA and specializes in strength, power and speed and agility. Whatever your goals are – building muscle, gaining strength, improving body composition, training for a specific fitness event. Charles has the experience, knowledge and education to customize and create an individualized fitness/nutrition program based on your goals!
