We focus on keeping you working in different heart rate capacity zones for MAX FAT LOSS, and MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING! Sweat is scalable for any fitness level.

The ultimate muscular endurance fitness class that is designed to push your limits and sculpt a resilient physique

High intensity cardio boxing combinations. We will do it on bag and off bag. *Class requirement: gloves and wraps, which can be purchased at gym.

SWIFT

In this class we include explosive compound lifts, loads heavy enough to tax the muscles to increase your strength and pair it with high levels of conditioning.
